FINALLY!!!! I have figured out how to get Missingno. in Diamond/Pearl! 

However, there is a downfall...  You need... an Action Replay....

This is a code that you need for it.   I will explain it.

This is the All shiny, level 100, pokemon mod.  Well, to activate this, you must go to your trainer card and hold down R+A.  Then, you press L+R.  You will now have 493 Heart Scales at the top of your items pocket.  YOU MUST, throw out every single one of your items.  If you have an AR, use this following code by pressing L+R.

This is will only get rid of all the items in your items pocket.  These items DO include the Heart Scales, just toss out everything if you don't have very many items.  Anyway, activate the Shiny part by doing the R+A thing at the trainer card, and press L+R. YOU CANNOT WORK THESE TWO CODES TOGETHER, SO DO NOT TRY!!!  So, after everything is tossed out, go into the grass, and hold down L, until you get a pokemon.  Eventually, you will enter a normal battle with an invisible pokemon, seemingly called... "-----".  I caught it, wasn't in my boxes o.O.  Well, anyway, I'm about to test something else on this "-----" thing, so try it out for yourself.  I hope I did something okay.

EDIT: Do NOT underestimate my ability of finding glitches   Do NOT say that there isn't a glitch pokemon in DP English...  THERE IS! And I tested it, and it works!

Actually, I'm sorry, but you're WRONG.  (No offense)  This one is available in the ENGLISH version.  Not only Japanese, plus, I listed how to get it.
