OMG I can't believe we forgot to make a discussion about this game! its really cool, you can get loads of info on it atsmashbros.com. anyways, recently they revealed a new character: Pokemon Trainer. instead of playing as a Pokemon, you can now use the trainer to send out a Squirtle, Ivysaur, or Charizard to battle. each Pokemon has its own moves so you can control all of them. its like playing 3 characters for the price of one! talk about other stuff relating to Brawl here.

I dunno if I like that, to be honest. It feels...cheap. It's okay to have the trainer be able to summon Pokemon as AI partners or something (kinda like Popo and Nana), but what's the point of putting someone in the fighting game that...well, summons others to fight for him?

I hope Mewtwo's still in this one.

Yeah here is the list of newcoming characters so far:
Pit from Kid Icarus
Wario from Mario game series
Zero suit Samus from Metroid series
Ike from Fire Emblem
Pokemon Trainer from Fire Red and Leaf Green Pokemon versions.
Diddy Kong from Donkey Kong series
Meta-Knight from Kirby series
Snake from some sort of shooting/military spy game (I don't know exactly :P)
Lucas from the Japan only game, Mother 3
and lastly (drumroll please)....Sonic from the Sonic the Hedgehog series who makes his long awaited Smash appearance!

I can not beleive they put Sonic in. Imagine the amount of money they had to pay for that!
