Ok, Yuzi fixed the News on the index of the Glitch City Labs theme and I fixed the sig text restiction today.  Now your big text in your sig won't get cut off. (like my EVERYWHERE!! one)

We have upgraded to SMF 2.0 3.1 Beta Public. It's not going to be as big of a change as SMF 1.1RC2 to SMF 2.0.  I checked and nothing seems broken.
