EDIT: Spam's gone, I had to get back in my Red Seat to remove it, though.

Anyway, that spam was a prime example of why Guest Posting should not be allowed. Period.

EDIT 2: I'm taking charge for this one, Guest posting has been disabled in Site Announcements, that little General/Anon Discussion merger's about to end if I can help it.
Spambots and idiots are not tolerable.

That...didn't end well, guest posting should probably just be disabled, it's pointless, if people want to post, they should join.

My old forums have that math question system, and I'm sure my current forums do as well and it works okay, but only got 3 fucking members. I guess the guest posting should stay disabled. But trouble is no doubt they'd join as either human or spambot. Even humans spam for reasons unknown.

People joining to post their stupid spam is less annoying and a lot easier to take care of than spambots that parade the boards from a million different locations.

Yeah, your right. But admins can do more than mods can. I barely get to do a damn thing. Besides I'm bored, and I'm gonna find something to do. Since no one is online on my MSN, nor AIM. Also spamming idiots should be thrown out, because the more they spam the more it'll piss people off.

Pidgin? I just use Windows Live Messanger, it's free. I only have 3 contacts on AIM, 0 on YIM, and 17 on MSN. Anyway I'm gonna get some more videos done of Female Symbol.

Yeah, Pidgin is free too, and is kinda sorta a little really buggy sometimes, but it is several different IM clients in one. Its IRC sucks though, it's worth downloading something else for that. I just use Pidgin on my laptop, I have Live Messenger and AIM on my main computer. So, would anyone like to volunteer to steer this discussion back on topic?
