ok, since nobody got around to doing it, and i have gotten over my fear of glitches, i will open up a spanish Red ROM and get to work, starting from hex 00 all the way to hex FF :)

Status: Started, look below for progress

Notes: Once you catch it, it stays fighting. Catch it again .. it stays fighting. I don't know what happens when you catch it again, cause \I ran from it after two wasted masterballs.

I'd help but unfortunately I don't have readily access to Pokemon roms and stuff. ?Plus I'm a lazy b*****d so that first thing I said is probably irrelevant now that you know I'm a lazy b*****d. Speaking of lazy bastards, I have some homework I've been putting off for my English final. (actually it is my English final pretty much.)

I've done a bit of research on the Spanish Blue glitches;

All glitches I've researched so far (equivalents of 'M, MissingNo. HEX 1F, Kabutops Skeleton MissingNo., Aerodactyl Skeleton MissingNo., and Ghost MissingNo.) have had their Pok?Dex entries viewed upon capture and they reverted into Rhydons. The Spanish equivalents of 'M and MissingNo. also reverted to Level 1 upon gaining any experience points (much like the Yellow MissingNo.). The equivalents of Kabutops Skeleton, Aerodactyl Skeleton, and Ghost MissingNo.s all kept their copying effects.

MissingNo. HEX 1F
Type: Normal
Stats at Level 3: 5 Attack, 7 Defense, 5 Speed, 6 Special
Moves at Level 3: High Jump Kick

Kabutops Skeleton MissingNo. equivalent
Type: Water (Squirtle clone)
Stats at Level 3: 8 Attack, 9 Defense, 7 Speed, 8 Special
Moves at Level 3: Tackle, Tail Whip (Squirtle clone)

Aerodactyl Skeleton MissingNo. equivalent
Type: Water (Squirtle clone)
Stats at Level 3: 8 Attack, 9 Defense, 8 Speed, 8 Special
Moves at Level 3: Tackle, Tail Whip (Squirtle clone)

Ghost MissingNo. equivalent
Type: Water (Squirtle clone)
Stats at Level 2: 7 Attack, 7 Defense, 6 Speed, 7 Special

Well .. I haven't been doing much with this for a while .. all I've done is checked 0'Muu's moves on level-up (I made a gameshark code for rare candies), and that's incomplete !!!
But I can give everyone what I know so far: (moves translated from Spanish thanks to bulbapedia)

[spoiler1]Start: Hi Jump Kick
Level 14: Tackle
Level 17: Comet Punch (shows Pay Day/Headbutt in the move list)
Level 19: Guillotine (automatically learns)
Level 20: MT07 (TM07 ?)
Level 26: Body Slam[/spoiler1]

Now the Pay Day/Headbutt stuff is very weird. Abwayax suggested that its starting moves were actually Hi Jump Kick, Move Zero, Pay Day and Headbutt .. but that doesn't explain why it automatically learns Guillotine !! Bassmasta said that the equivalants of 'M and MissingNo reverted to level 1 after gaining Exp. Points, like Yellow MissingNo. I have a theory. The year shown when the rom is loaded is 1999. This is the year that Pokemon Yellow came out in North America. So maybe the games are Red and Blue .. but use code from Yellow. This explains why the Old Man Glitch is said to be fixed in Spanish R/B. They just changed the maps, like they did in Yellow. This also explains why "'M" and "MissingNo" have Yellow MissingNo-like effects: because they are more like Yellow MissingNo because of the code from Yellow. Interesting theory ?

I predicted this problem and thus used the infinite pokedex code so the pokedex would not be shown upon capture. I didn't want to see the dex either ;)
