Not all are called MissingNo. and I've read about -----, it has nothing like MissingNo, other than its no number, nothing else. Anyway, I'm still hunting for codes, to get -----, to show up, and catch it.

Here is the Action Replay code to make ------ appear. To use it enter in the National Dex. number into the calculater then press L. ------'s # is 0 and all negative numbers( I haven't tried them all, but I picked a few). You can change the level ( won't work on ------. Don't know why he's always level zero. :???:) and nature, but i don't think it really maters. Sorry, but I can't help you with catching him  =_=.

Further testing revealed that even though it looks like it isn't there, it really is. When you look at the pokemon screen, theres nothing there, but when you look at it in the PC, it shows a ? thing. you can't pick it up, look at it's stats or anything like that. If you place a pokemon on top of it when you have a full party pokemon get wierd colers and things. I have almost found a way to clone pokemon with this. I allmost have it. ;D :D :) ^-^

It's the same as the other one in D/P.

This thread has dragged on long enough so I'm going to lock it now.

I guess there's some usable information on this topic that can be ported to the wiki.

Moved and unlocked.

We did have an article about it in the old glitchdex before it was deleted, though I don't know where that info went to.

Edit: Since you have an Action Replay, get a lot of rare candies and see what moves it learns throughout its levels from level 1 to 100. (ie. Cut @ Lv. 29 or something)  Also, see what TMs it learns.  We don't have this information and it would be appreciated if you documented this. :)

I can't. You can't select it in the PC or party. it acts like a blank space.  :(

Well, there is one way... use an exp to max code when using -----(0000).  It should jump from level x to 100 and while doing so, learn all the moves that is should normally through leveling.  Document the levels when it learns an attack and what attack it learns at that level.

Well, until I get am emulator, that allows codes to work, I'd get DPBox aka -----(0000), since iDeaS, isn't how I'd call good for codes. I used codes yesterday from CodeJunkies, and sometimes their list of codes work, but yesterday I pressed L+R like it says and no code worked. ?? So, I'm still trying to find an DS Emulator, for me to allow to use codes for Master Balls, since glitches like the decamarks, were annoying to capture, so I'll let you guys know of -----(0000), when I find a emulator.

You can't send him into battle. If you fight a wild pokemon the game freezes and in a trainer battle he is a blank space you can't send out. It uses the second pokemon in the party is he is in front. :'(

Uh, do my discoveries count?

I used Pokesav so that I had only an Egg in my Party that doesn't hatch, and holds and EXP share. The "Number of Party Members" was set to 2, accidentally.

I tested it out in battle and a DP Box came. It was in Level 0 as usual. It could not attack, since it didn't have any moves. The wild pokemon attacked but said there was no target. Afterward, the game says that my player whited out.

Once, also, I caught a DP Box and put it into my party, and went to a trade. I was able to see its stats. Every stat was set to 0. It had no moves. When I tried to trade it, the screen turned to the well known "You shall return to the title screen" screen.

These sprites were made by...who else? Mutou Yami! The greatest Spriter in all of GCL!
Thanx again to M.Y. for letting me steal the Shadow Darkrai!
