Get a code for it to hold EXP SHARE and see if it levels that way.
I've again looked all over and can't find any cheats related to having a pokemon hold a exp. share or any other item. I wish I knew how to make my own AR codes.
No, Pok?sav can create SAV files and AR codes.

Actually, I think it's a free downloadable program available from certain sites. I wouldn't know, though- I don't use Pokesav.
