Just a minor quirk? on pokemon gold

In Kanto the gym leaders usually play a remixed version of the R/B/Y gym leader theme.

Janine the new poison gym leader in Fuschia seems to be an exception to this.
Was this intended or not?

I watched a video and it seems to do the same music...certain versions perhaps?

I use a UK version of pokemon gold i'm not sure if it is slightly different in anyway but come to think of it I think I might have made a mistake and confused the two musics  :-\ so sorry if this isn't true
