I use Sun Microsystems'
VirtualBox
to emulate a Windows 2000 system on my Linux computer and
Wine
(which is not
technically
an emulator, but hey) to run Windows applications on Linux.
I use VBA for GBC/GBA and Gens+ for Genesis/Master System and Sega CD.

Any time it says I'm using "Safari", I'm actually using my phone. Safari does not run on GNU/Linux and I do not use Safari.

Also, I use parallels and wine, but yeah, they aren't really emulators.

Hmm....
here is a good one
DS: iDeaS
Wii: Dolphin
Dolphin is also a gamecube emulator, It can only play few Wii games, like Brawl, Other than that, it is your basic emulator.
