No, it's the apostrophe in the article name.Same reason why my name appears as GARY FDSFDSAFDASHFDSKFEH$#T%%$#%$%54342355465M 9 on the Wiki and the same reason Bill's Secret Garden uses a special apostrophe replacement.

As wikis such as Bulbapedia have names with apostrophes which do not use that special character replacement. I've noticed it could be a pain as we cannot for example redirect 'M to GlitchDex/RB:000
