I just installed Linux! Before I get too into it though, how do you access the files on the old operating system?
What exactly does run on Linux? Since my computer has all sorts like Windows Live Messanger/Windows Media Player and other things.
Anything ending in .exe won't run outside of WINE. Almost everything has a alternative though.

An error occurred:Permission deniedFor more information, please see the log file:c:\users\(my name)~1\appdata\local\temp\wubi-9.10ubuntu1-rev160.log((my name) is my windows username, which happens to be my real name)That is the exact error code, and the same one I got yesterday. 'c:\users\(my name)~1\appdata\local\temp\wubi-9.10ubuntu1-rev160.log' takes me to a text dump, which I'm editing right now because it has my real name in it numerous times. When I'm done, I'll post it up here, too.EDIT: It's here now. I wonder what's going wrong?
What is Pidgin?
