Pokemon Green Early Ending Glitch?

This is some video of a pokemon green glitch which involves some method of changing the area value in order to appear right after lance of the elite four through a particular door; the user might have wrote a description about it but i couldnt understand it because it was in japanese, his user was giginet. One of the steps seems to reordering the items though, he has done a speedrun of pokemon green in six minutes.

That is the Doko-Kashira Door Glitch, as they call it. I learned about this a while ago but assumed it had already been submitted.

Basically, in Green you could use the Select button to switch the order of pokemon as well as items. Get Oak's Parcel and open up the items menu. Press Select on it and then hit cancel. Get into a battle (I'm pretty sure it has to occur on the first step you take into Route 1, for some reason). Next open up the pokemon menu and press select on the pokemon. The game will think that you are trying to switch a Pokemon and an Item, and glitch up. For some reason, after this glitch occurs, some warps become mixed up, causing warping to different areas.

Obviously, there are a lot of "for some reasons" in that description because I don't know that much about it.

Also, what's with the constant walking around in front of doors? Does this affect warps?

The walking around does mess up the warps. Every four or so steps changes warps (iirc). Why, I have no idea.

I did this same exact thing, exept I took a few steps and it said "z [glitchy blocks] 77 4 p fainted!" so I took a few MORE steps and it said the same exact thing..I was confused, so I looked at my starter (a Charmander) and it was a CHARIZARD! YES, IT EVOLVED! In battle, it was normal, but when I tried to attack, the game froze. Weird.
