Encrypted DVDs
« on: January 22, 2012, 01:49:50 PM »
Does anyone know of a decent DVD decrypter, either online for free or that I can download? All the programs I've found haven't been working. :| Thanks!

For Windows, DVD Decrypter is the best one. I don't really remember which one I used on Linux.... K3B or K9copy, I guess.

I stopped buying DVDs when my legit copy of The Dark Knight accused me of being a pirate when I played it in mplayer.

It works now, but if the movie companies treat their paying customers like pirates (while file‐sharing websites have the movie in clean glorious HD, with no forced previews or FBI warnings), I’ll take my money elsewhere. I buy DRM‐free books and music, and I don’t even pirate movies.
