Pokemon HeartGold randomizer (Action Replay)

So the hip new thing among the youngsters is apparently to go through Pokémon games with randomizers, so all the Pokémon they encounter are...well, random.

Difference is, they're using ROMs and the like, whereas I'm not. I did manage to find this code (I'm playing HeartGold):

It doesn't work at all. Like I said, I'm using a physical Action Replay on a DS, not a ROM, and I don't know if the codes would be any different between the two.

So...can anyone help me?

Edit: I found a code where you change a value in it to determine what Pokemon you encounter (as in, putting 001 at the end of the code would make you only fight Bulbasaurs), and one where you throw away x amount of Master Balls, neither of which I'm looking for.
