If you really want to hack, just get Elitemap from here. It's a map editor for R/S/E/FR/LG and it has a lot of other tools in it (dex editor, trainer editer, wild pokemon editor etc). A must for Pokemon Advance Hackers!

no i would just get advance map (which is way better than elite map) (advance map is attached) (so is elite map)

I just can't use Advancemap, it doesn't do it how I want it to.

Well I might be able to create a R/S/E hack. I just need the ROM.

Anyone know some tools for hacking Red and Blue? It mentions Hexposer or something in that guide but where can I get it?

Seems there is a problem with the comand,let me see if I can get one to work,oh btw,do you even know how to hex edit?cuase if you dont then I say you take a look at a tutorial,or don't bother downloading it.
