Why not?

I don't have a capture device for my computer.
Otherwise, I would start on my SSBB Machinima.

For that, you could use a conventional video camera, as the quality should be good enough (not necessarily for a machinima, but for a normal glitch demo). Otherwise, use the video recorder in VBA or use Unregistered HyperCam 2 if you're on a computer.

Always save as an AVI. Otherwise it's not Youtube compatible.

Isn't WMV compatable too?

That and mp4. AVI would depend on what codecs you're using.

I just know that I have two options to record as- 'AVI' and 'Movie'. The movie doesn't work with YouTube; the AVI does.

Of course, you can also compress the AVI into something else, too.

The VBA movie function only records Emulator information which is why you can't watch it as a normal video.

Might be only in VBA-M (http://vba-m.com/), though.

I have an account, but it's for classic rock, not glitches. Can I still join?

Yes. Just that you can only post glitches.

Do the Glitches have to be from Pokemon?
Because I discovered a glitch in SSBM that I'm pretty sure hasn't been mentioned before...

Different function.
It's what people would be looking for if they wanted to record something to upload.

VBA-M uses too much virtual memory and it is a piece of s**t IMO. The only thing is really good for is playing Mother 3 with save features. (which I have yet to get to work. However, I'm just fine with saving via save states on normal VBA)

VBA-M has more accurate emulation actually.  But, stability and speed uhh...

Well until its more stable, I'm not using it. I don't use BSNES either for that matter for the same reason. I've tried them both but my computer just can't handle them with how it is nowadays. Perhaps after I get a new computer with Windows 7, things will be better for me. Until then, I'm happy with regular VBA. It gets the job done. (though videos have a tendancy to lag after 4 minutes on my computer with VBA's recording device.)

VBA Link is what I use. It's very convenient.

Oh, the irony. I just clicked on the "Updates" link on the main page and discovered a glitch!

Quote
$name"; ?>
"; } ?>
Recent Changes
".date("F d Y",$row[date])." - $row[uname] updated $row[name] ($row[summary]) (view old revision / view changes to this article"; if($_SESSION[loggedin] && $_SESSION[rank] >= 5) { echo " / edit"; } echo ")

XDXD
Is this an intended joke?

No, it's just a bit of dead code.
