I made a Discord server a while ago due to the other one that exists (maybe) not having any info posted on it anywhere on the forums.
Invite link: https://discord.gg/a8zqXdy
Apparently that one broke, go here: https://discord.gg/EY7xhZ2
All of the forum rules are in effect on the Discord server.
Nicks should be your forum nicks. They will be changed if they are not.
If you are not registered here, the Discord server will become read-only for you until you register. If you think I won't find out, I regularly look through the memberlist and compare it to the one here. In other words, I will.
I am the owner of the server, but I will still obey executive staff here (unless I feel a decision will negatively impact the server, which can still be turned over if two other exec staff members agree with a decision). They can notify me that you are banned here (and with time if applicable for tempbans) and it WILL carry over to the server.
Current structure of command is:
Me (see rules above, not absolute)
Distinguished Members (covers all Contributor ranks, Deca+, etc.)
Member+ (includes anything higher than stock Member)
GCLF Member (treated as base level member on Discord)
Tempban, 24 hours as of February 23, 2017 @ 2:14 PM
Rescinded full ban due to public apology being written.
Page will be updated when more info is added.

(I'm putting this here due to Guest visib
I'm currently writing guides on how to main each and every class in Team Fortress 2, which will be put in this thread... evntually. (This thread will most likely infringe on some rules until I get all the guides done. Please be tolerant, mods.)
Anyway, I'm going to go in order, so out is first. This shouldn't take long.
Scrapped due to extraneous circumstances... and corruption.

I found this last night... it was uploaded a week ago (as of this post) and it seems this person used a trade buffer overflow in Pokemon Stadium to ACE. I'll let you guys sort it out.

So... ideas for Gen 2 tradeup. I've had several so far...
1. DS Pal Park to
tradecatch Pokemon, then trade down if possible
2. Gen 3 ACE if it exists
3. PPSEDS to recreate via hex editing in Gen 4 then trade down if possible

I've got a list of categories that should be created and special properties that should be applied (if any). I've made a few already, but I'm putting this here so they can be seen, used, and/or created.
- Working pages (pages that are actively under construction, all pages in this category would need to be hidden from all guests)
- Unfinished pages (ANY unfinished pages, whether actively being worked on. Would include Working pages AND need to have all pages to be hidden from guests.)
- Discovered here (or something along those lines, would include all pages on glitches, info, etc. found by a GCL member.)
- Not discovered here (the opposite of above category, would also need a better name.)
If I think up any more I'll add them, suggestions below would be appreciated.

So... I've just seen the Metal Gear Survive trailer. I'm probably the last one the news reached, but that's beside the point. To try not to flip the f**k out, I decided to play some MGSV:GZ. I fired up one of the special missions, I think it was called Deja Vu or something of that sort. the one where you go around and erase the logos and the graphics looked like the PS1. I noticed something... peculiar. All the logos that were erasable... were Kojima's Metal Gear games, and the ones that you couldn't erase were Metal Gear games that Kojima had no part in. This probably sounds sketchy, but there's more. The line about the logos "living inside you" also alludes to the Konami-Kojima brand-removal. This is fairly creepy, especially when figuring all this out myself in a flash of epiphany at 2:00 AM.

DeepDream is a Google neural net that is used in the Photos app and the like, with a twist: If it recognises something in a photo, even if it's erroneous, its handler says "Yeah, gimme more of that." Well... just look at what it did to my dog. http://psychic-vr-lab.com/deepdream/pics/1159111.html
Post the results of passing your photos through it!

Can I get the Guest Watch™ to be an actual usergroup and/or have official recognition? That'd make knowing who's joined easier and allow members to get the recognition they deserve.

For those of you who don't know, there's a game called "Oneshot" that only lets you play through it once, and if you close the game you will kill the main character. It also breaks the fourth wall in some... brilliant ways.
Anyway, people found it very annoying that you have to do some technical crap to get it to "work properly" after playing, so I made a tool called "OneMoreShot" that does this process for you. (It's named "OneMoreShot" for fairly obvious reasons.)
Anyway, if you haven't played this game, the standalone version is free, and that's the version this was written for. The Steam version comes out soon, so I'll test it on that if I can get the money to buy it.

Anyone ever notice it's piss easy to get out of bounds in Halo 2? Bungie even stacked objects around to help you get back IN. My question is... why?

Anyone else doing the Extra Life Game Day Marathon?
I'd like to see who else does this, and/or if I'm the only one here that is crazy enough to game for 25 hours straight.Come watch me stream!

I finally got a new R4 as my last one disappeared on one or another assignment and I restored from my last backup (6-something-2015). I loaded Platinum up and to my surprise I had an egg in the daycare. I go pick it up... and it shows on the PokeGear but not in the Pokemon menu. I go to the PC and swap the "egg" out with a legit Pokemon (the slot looked empty but I could only Switch). As I backed out of the PARTY menu the Shinx (the test PKMN)'s sprite stayed on the friggin' screen. After backing out of the PC entirely it was gone. After making an RTS save (because R4 and I'm cool like that) I hesitantly saved normally. (Yeah yeah corruption and other dangers that's what RTS is for.) Anywho, I reload and both the Shinx AND THE "EGG" are gone.
Any ideas what the f**k?

I LEAVE FOR A DAY AND THERE'S 50 FRIGGIN' CHILD BOARDS
C'mon, guys! Really? There needs to be better structure in the Pokémon Glitch Discussion. I can propose a better structure, something like the following:
(Don't hate me for getting the systems wrong, I don't have them memorized...)
Pokémon Glitch Discussion
The number of "＼"s indicate the depth of the child board. This also allows for per-system topics, so a topic about, for example, Generations 1 AND 2 can be discussed without having confusion on where it goes, and removing the potential for mods moving topics like the above example multiple times.
So, what do you think? Do you think this is useful or does this make me look like a "stupid nosy arsehole?"
