>There's a fucking thunderstorm happening right now

I don't think I've ever experienced a thunderstorm in winter before. Neat.

Well, now I have a shiny female Hippowdon from Wonder Trade.

Nice :)

I like the Cotton Candy name.

Honestly, if it weren't for the fact that I can't stop laughing over it for some reason, I might've traded it away by now.

I remember seeing a lot of shinies in Crystal version back when I was 8-9, although I don't believe I caught them for whatever reason. Pretty sure one of them was a Magikarp.

My most prized shiny ever was a shiny Flygon I had on Emerald version, which I caught as a Trapinch. Then I stupidly restarted the save file without sending it into Platinum version and beyond. I even wrote a song about it because that's totally going to impress the ladies. I spent like a week trying to find one in Moon version but the game either a) summons a Gabite right before the Trapinch can Struggle itself to death or b) eventually summons a regular Trapinch that doesn't know the SOS system exists.

But but but everyone else of course is fucking drowning in S/M/Us/Um shinies.

I remember also catching a shiny Voltorb and a shiny Carvanha on Emerald version, but I don't think I ever used them.

Caught a shiny Pelipper in Diamond, which immediately went to to the box.

The last shiny I encountered in the wild was a shiny Donphan in HeartGold, on Mt. Silver, in like 2010. It also went to the box.

By wasting time on Wonder Trade, I've gotten a few shinies: Turtonator, Palkia (which is named Cotton Candy, lol), a Regirock (which I traded for a Buzzwole), and a Vikavolt (which I traded for a Battle Bond Greninja). Turtonator and Palkia currently reside in the prestigious "Not for Trade" box. I've had at least three people contact me for link trades but it quickly becomes obvious they just want to show off their PkHex'd shinies.

Not just a song, but a whole damn concert: Headstones: Live from Hamilton, 1997

Glad I found this. They perform a song I really wanted to hear, but isn't on YouTube for some reason.

Hello new thread.

I have nothing worthwhile to post but I'm gonna do it anyway.

Lavender town syndrome.

One of the worst fanfics/creepypastas I've ever read.

There are also plenty of different "glitches/tricks" to get into the grass field beside Pallet Town and capture all the totally real Pokegods therein.

Atheist here.

I wasn't talking about death by weed but losing your God given mind when you smoke it.

I liked Reefer Madness too, but weed doesn't make you "lose your mind." You may, however, become a menace to a bag of Cheetos and have the strange desire to listen to the band Phish.

On second thought...

Finally got around to adding you guys.

And yes Photon that means I have wireless now.
I haven't played UsUm but I just wanted to say that I fucking love Drampa's Ultra Sun 'Dex entry:

"If a child it has made friends with is bullied, Drampa will find the bully's house and burn it to the ground."

From what I can tell, the Ultra Beasts actually get some lore and there's a slightly improved postgame. Also some content that was never used in the originals because Game Freak are lazy cunts 'cut' has been implemented.

The games and anime are part of different canons, hence the discrepancy.

I was wondering what happened to you.

Kinda late for that game but alright, the first of my 637 posts here was more than 10 years ago, and I was a kid.

But that's still funny to see that it was to complain about french versions having less glitches than the US version  ;D

It's also cool that on these first 2-3 posts, I discuss the impossibility to get Charizard 'M without gameshark in french games. 10 years later, we can do that by at least 4 different ways, one of them being ACE, which can be done by several means too!

Jesus. I've been here for, like, five and a half years.

BTW your Meganium in its super hero outfit is really awesome!
