Red/Blue SGB Picture Project.

It seems most of our Red/Blue pictures on the wiki are greyscale.  This project has been created to replace them with the colored SGB pictures.

To help, find a picture on the wiki that has been greyscaled like this: http://glitchcity.info/wiki/index.php/Image:Dittotrick1.png

Link to the image's Image:fdjksjfadsl.x page then try to duplicate the glitch or procedure on an emulator with SGB mode on.  SGB is activated on Visual Boy Advance by going to options, scrolling to gameboy, then checkmarking SGB2.  Also, uncheck any BORDER on this menu under the gameboy section, these options would be BORDER and BORDER AUTOMATIC.

The colors should then look like the attached image below AFTER you open another ROM, NOT RESETTING.

After duplication is done and picture has been saved (to screenshot a picture in VBA, go to File>Screencapture... and save a PNG!), post the picture of it here FIRST, do NOT upload it to the wiki unless you are given the go ahead.

Why does this have to be done? And should videos be SGB as well?

It doesn't HAVE to be done, I just wanted it done. :P  Besides, it allows to see the actual colors of R/B glitch Pokémon.

Videos don't matter since they'd be too hard to convert unless you do some weird pallette swapping voodoo.  Though it'd be nice if future vids are done this way, I'm just mainly on about the images.

Though, I'd wait until Abwayax gives this the go ahead, Tombstoner, before switching completely.

Think it was my Red Rom has in colours, plus I think I can get color videos, as my Yellow, as well. I already got a screen of Charizard 'M (in color) when a friend of mine wanted to see it.

We don't need color pictures of Yellow as it's already color.  :P

Also, my main focus right now isn't glitch pokemon, it's wiki article pictures.

I've got color pictures for the Ditto Trick. I tried to upload them myself but the wiki insisted on telling me I had a corrupt file, which is BS.

Got a SGB pic for Charizard 'M:



IO wasn't sure if you wanted the stats screen on there or not. And yes, Charizard 'M uses the same SGB pallete as Ditto does when its status screen is viewed.
