Luigi wins Mario Party by doing absolutely nothing
« on: December 11, 2014, 08:19:30 am »
In all versions of Mario Party, it's apparently possible to win by standing still and doing nothing if you play as Luigi against 3 CPU's.

Apparently this only works with Luigi, which makes me wonder if there's something significant about him in the game programming (a glitch maybe?)

It's apparently also possible to do this in all versions of Smash, but I wasn't able to reproduce it in SSB4. I tried as Luigi vs 3 random level 9 CPU's and random stages, then again vs level 1 CPU's.

I smell some confirmation bias here  :-\.

It's not only possible with Luigi. They chose Luigi because he's a lucky son of a b***h whose always 3 stars ahead of you. Him or Peach.
