Editing A000 to BFFF
« on: April 15, 2017, 05:20:18 pm »
Hi, I'm having some issues making my own ROM in GBZ80, and if anyone was to know the solution, it'd be someone here.

My cart type is 0x13, "MBC3+RAM+BATTERY"

I cannot write to any value between A000 and BFFF, and any read attempts return FF. I've tried toying with a few of the values at FF00+, but that's been proved fruitless. The area is titled SRA0 in BGB and I can't find anything about it online.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Attempt writing any byte ending in A to... i think it's ROM (but I may be very, very wrong). It'll unlock SRAM and allow read/write.
EDIT: Write any byte with A as the lower nybble to ROM:0000. I was riiiiiight...
