Simulating Super Glitch?

I heard some glitches were to be simulated in his game, so would TMTRAINER and other Super Glitch effects be in this? Screwed-up sounds needs more research naturally, but could TMTRAINER or other Super Glitch effects be in this game?

I'm not coding it, but I'd say it should be a 'roulette' style effect, where various TEMPORARY effects can screw up your battle. Like the classics... Exploding Bulbasaur, ZZAZZ, etc.

That's just picking a random number and using it as in index into a switch(case) statement.  I could do that.
