Interesting! ^^

Zeraora is currently being distributed in Japan, according to Bulbapedia.

Do you know if it's possible to Wonder Trade those Zeraora?

Edit: The Reddit post shown in the video says "normally the wonder trade prevents any new Pokémon from the "Ultra" games from being traded", so does this still require cheating?

It seems to not care about Zeraora, i think why most cases happen with a cheated Zeraora is because without cheating, you can only get 1 from the movie, then get lucky enough to wonder tade to Sun and Moon and not Ultra sun and moon

Can you breed it? What do you get if you use ditto on it, aka has anyone tried to do more with this?
I've tried to breed a different glitch Pokemon hex:1006 and it hatched into what looks like an Eevee, but was really the same glitch Pokemon at level 1 with no moves, named Eevee.

It’s low on the index list for glitch Pokemon, so it’s always a Bulbasaur. Its name is the level of the last viewed Pokemon, and the stats are all 0. I didn’t find this glitch, but no one has posted about it

I wonder if you can use a WTW cheat. Glitch maps in ORAS have been shown to brick the cart when invalid Pkhex it used to set it (trying to load a non existent name on continue screen) but it looks like you can’t save in this state due to Y not being press able. I may try it tomorrow

Zeraora can now be traded to s/m for some reason. The way you do this is wonder trade a Zeraora, and have it be traded to s/m. This means that a glitch Pokemon will now show up in s/m with a glitch move. Verlisify made a vid on it, calling it a missingno though

In the older versions, you could get invalid coordinates through cheating. I cant remember if it was 180. -90 or 180,90, but one of those would turn the screen white. I tested invalid coordinates (shitty go hack lets literally any coordinates through) and i tried 99999, 99999 and the map was blank, as expected. But that was before the day/night and weather, im interested in what that would say.

I've got bricked saves before from messing around with this. Low IDs like 0,1,2 will destroy the save with an error message, but Citra ignores null derefs. When i open the map on Citra, it runs through every address and reports a null deref for each address

I doubt they are placeholders, because I don’t think that gamefreak really cares if they crash the game/ delete saves due to them being cheat-only. If they were placeholders, gamefreak would make an error handler for them, kinda like the gen V error handler. Also I doubt gamefreak would of intentionally had some (but not all) cause null derefs.  Also a lot of them have different/no models. Gamefreak definitely put a little work into them (all 0 stats, no moves/ability) but not models.

It's not guns fault, it's the media imo. You can't run a story about a school shooting 24/7, state the school weaknesses that caused it, exactly how it was done, and why, and not expect kids in a similar situation to not think its a good idea. That's why so many happen imo, banning guns will never happen as it's a clear as day violation of the 2nd amendment

I put a ret right at the start of the function, the checksum fails, but otherwise I can trade whatever I want over, provided it doesn't freeze.

It would work amazing, but there is 1 problem. I open pokemon black with no$gba debugger, and i get a message on the screen "The save data can't be accessed." I looked it up and you need a code to fix it. I entered the code, and it didn't work.

Could it be possible to replace it with the DS equivalent of a ret (sorry if this sounds dumb) or something like that? Or find what accesses it whenever it's activated (is there a ds emulator that has breakpoints?)

Looking into it more, hex:0000 works just fine. I'm thinking it's just a code that triggers the error handler whenever a Pokemon's index number is higher then the last valid Pokemon, and not null derefs

I found a glitch map in Pokemon sun, using invaild pkhex to set the map to 999, there appears to be nothing, just all blackness. However it shows me in a valid location on the map. I could move, and found parts of valid maps. I found a Pokemon center you can't go in, grass with no encounters, and signs you can't read. This seems a lot like Gen 1 Phantom towns, so I will call this Gen 7 phantom maps.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=24umXVVhq7U

I believe it was the one talking to mom before getting a Pokemon. How do I get to it then?
