Yes, I've finished 0.3

The new additions in this version are the addition of a File Menu to the Team Builder, allowing you to save and load team files, and a "AutoLoad" directive in the Settings.dat file (it won't appear on the options dialog yet) that tells the program to load a file into the Team Builder at startup.

Network connections should also be improved.

Focus on 0.4 is starting the actual battle code. - the program that will download and run the latest version of GlitchBattle with the latest databases, directly off
