Well, here is the big debate.
Superman, the Man of Steel (Not to be confused with Joesph Stalin.), the superpowered being from Krypton.
Goku, the ultimate Super Saiyan warrior, the one who's power level is OVER 9000!!!.

Who would win in a fight?

Goku actually does have a weakness. He's overly sentimental and tries to convince villains to change their ways. Often this causes him to be tricked by the villians. General Tao during the Dragonball Red Ribbon Army saga is a primary example.

Even so, since this would be more of a causal sparring match, this weakness wouldn't be really viable.
