Duel Escape Glitch (TCG)
« on: January 26, 2020, 08:55:04 am »
Get a load of this! :D

When viewing the full play area, selecting a Pokémon on your bench and then hitting Down and A at the same time while exiting the viewing screen will end the duel. It's not guaranteed to succeed and only works in particular versions; details are in entrpntr's writeup (including other potential effects and why they happen), but thankfully it's not a one-frame trick. Since the default "last winner" is the player, this can be used to skip the tutorial at the beginning as well as all subsequent duels. It's a whole new way to run the game!
Held aloft, as if by hands, their thoughts remain adrift
Torn asunder, broken bands
A void, a dream, a rift
